Man killed, another injured in Bla mudslide

Baramulla, Oct 13: A man was killed while was another injured after a mudslide hit a construction site near Kanispora in North Kashmir’s Baramulla today.

Officials, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), identified the deceased as Mohammed Ashraf Malik (30) son of Abdul Ahad Malik of Sheikhpora Haril in Kupwara. He was declared dead upon arrival at GMC Baramulla.

The injured, Om Raj (45) son of Omkar Singh from Ramban village is receiving treatment at the hospital, they said.

Officials added that, a case in this regard has been registered and further investigations have been taken up.
