SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 11: Upon the directions of the Principal District & Sessions Judge Srinagar, Haq Nawaz Zargar, the District Legal Services Authority, Srinagar, in collaboration with Kashmir Eye Hospitals, successfully organised a Free Eye Medical Camp for advocates and litigants Wednesday at the Conference Hall, District Court Complex, Srinagar.
In continuation of the Free Eye Medical Camp and awareness programme organised earlier, for Judicial Officers, Court Staff, and staff members of DLSA Srinagar, a similar medical camp was organised Wednesday for Advocates and litigants, with the objective of extending quality eye care services to all stakeholders of the justice delivery system.
During the medical camp, as per an official statement, a team of experienced ophthalmologists and paramedical staff from Kashmir Eye Hospitals provided free eye check-ups, professional consultation, vision screening, and preliminary diagnosis to a large number of participants. The initiative received an encouraging response from the legal fraternity and litigants, who appreciated the availability of specialised eye care services within the court premises.
District Legal Services Authority, Srinagar reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare of all stakeholders by undertaking such health-oriented initiatives aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and overall well-being.
The programme was conducted smoothly and successfully through effective coordination between DLSA Srinagar and Kashmir Eye Hospitals.
