CM’s Advisor meets delegations, individuals at Raabita Office

Srinagar, Mar 16: Advisor to the Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani on Monday met several delegations and individuals at the Chief Minister’s Public Outreach Office, Raabita, and listened to the issues and demands raised by them.

 

A delegation of the J&K Graduate Engineers Association called on the Advisor and apprised him of various issues concerning graduate engineers. The delegation sought consideration of their demands related to professional matters.

 

Another delegation comprising parents of students studying in Iran met the Advisor and expressed concern regarding the safety and evacuation of their wards in view of the prevailing situation in the region. The Advisor assured the delegation that the government is closely monitoring the situation and that necessary steps will be taken to facilitate the safe evacuation of the students.

 

A delegation of the Private Schools Association also called on the Advisor and raised issues related to the functioning of private educational institutions.

 

Several individuals from different areas also met Advisor Wani and brought to his notice issues concerning development works and other local matters in their respective areas.

 

The Advisor gave a patient hearing to all the delegations and individuals and assured them that their genuine concerns would be examined and taken up with the concerned departments for appropriate action.
