SRINAGAR, APRIL 17: Minister for Education, Social Welfare, Health and Medical Education, Sakeena Itoo has expressed deep grief and sorrow on the sad demise of Senior Lecturer of HSS Bomai, Tariq Ahmad Matta.
In her condolence message, the Education Minister, as per an official statement, said that the Late Tariq Ahmad was a dedicated educator, whose demise is a great loss to academic fraternity. “I am deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Tariq Ahmad Matta, Senior Lecturer in Zoology at HSS Bomai. A dedicated educator, inspiring mentor, and passionate sportsman, his loss is a great blow to the academic fraternity”, she said.
The Minister also extended her deep condolences to the bereaved family as well as his colleagues and students.
“My heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues, and students. May Allah grant him Jannat-ul-Firdous”, she added.
