Srinagar, Apr 21: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah extended their best wishes to students who successfully passed the JKBOSE Class 10th Annual Regular Examinations for the Summer Zone of Jammu Division.

LG Sinha, in a post on X, expressed his congratulations to all the students, saying, “Heartiest congratulations to all the students who have successfully passed the JKBOSE Class 10th Annual Regular Examinations-2026 (Summer Zone, Jammu Division). Wishing each one of you a bright and promising future. My compliments to the teachers and parents.”

CM Abdullah also shared his felicitation through a press release, congratulating the students on their achievements. He urged those who did not meet their expectations to stay motivated and continue their pursuit of excellence, emphasizing perseverance and resilience.

The JKBOSE announced the results on Tuesday, recording an overall pass percentage of 88.85 percent among 50,754 students who appeared for the exams. A total of 45,094 students successfully cleared the examination, with girls continuing their impressive performance—achieving a pass rate of 90.42 percent—outperforming boys, who recorded 87.51 percent. This trend highlights the ongoing emphasis on gender parity in academic achievements within the region.
