During the interaction, the Minister warmly welcomed the tourists and said that the government is making all necessary efforts to facilitate smooth movement and comfortable stay for the visitors arriving in different parts of Jammu and Kashmir. He assured them that the administration remains fully geared to provide all requisite logistical assistance and basic support services, including transport facilitation, accommodation coordination, food and essential supplies, medical assistance and tourist guidance wherever required.

Satish Sharma said that the tourists are valued guests and ambassadors of Jammu and Kashmir’s hospitality and culture. He added that every possible step is being taken to ensure that the visitors feel secure, supported and well-connected throughout their journey.

“The government is committed to provide a safe, welcoming and hassle-free environment for the tourists. All the departments are working in close coordination to ensure that the visitors receive timely assistance and necessary facilities without inconvenience,” the Minister said.

Satish Sharma further stated that the government under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is focused on creating a tourist-friendly ecosystem that promotes confidence among the visitors and contributes towards economic growth and employment generation in the region.
