BANDIPORA, JUNE 03: Various educational institutions across district Bandipora on Wednesday organised peer training programmes, pledge ceremonies and awareness activities under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA).

At HSS Gadakhud, a peer leaders’ training session was organised under the 100-days Anti-Drug Campaign. Resource persons sensitised students about constructive communication, identifying signs of substance abuse, supporting affected individuals and promoting preventive awareness.

At PM SHRI Government High School Odina and HSS Quilmuqam, peer training orientation programmes and pledge ceremonies were conducted, where students pledged to stay away from drugs and spread awareness against substance abuse.

Peer training and orientation activities were also held at HSS Nowgam and GHS Naidkhai, while awareness and pledge programmes under NMBA were organised at HS Ketson, HS Koragbal, HS Panar, GHS Nadihal and HSS Chuntimulla.

The programmes witnessed active participation from students and staff members, reflecting the continued commitment of educational institutions towards strengthening anti-drug awareness and preventive outreach under NMBA.
