Jammu, Jun 08: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah have expressed grief and heartfelt condolences to Minga Sherpa, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, on the sad demise of his father Dawa Sherpa.
