The meeting also decided on regular follow-up meetings, maintaining a consolidated data sheet to monitor prisoner cases and preparing quarterly reports.

Among those present were Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Minga Sherpa, Senior Superintendent of Police Udhampur Amritpal Singh, DLSA Udhampur Secretary Sumati Sharma, District Jail Udhampur Superintendent Mohd Irfan Khan and Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel Udhampur Pawan Gupta.
