SHOPIAN, AUGUST 12: A vibrant Tiranga Concert was organised at the Mega Fruit Mandi, Aglar, as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga-2026 campaign and celebrations marking 150 years of Vande Mataram.
The concert witnessed enthusiastic participation of people, youth, officers and officials, with patriotic performances adding fervour to the celebrations.
MLA Shopian, Shabir Ahmad Kullay, District Magistrate (DM) Shopian, Shishir Gupta, SSP Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmad Choudhary, besides other senior officers, officials and dignitaries were present on the occasion.
The event, as per an official statement, showcased the spirit of national unity, patriotism and pride, with the tricolour serving as a symbol of collective celebration. The gathering also observed the National Anthem and National Song Vande Mataram, further enhancing the solemnity and patriotic spirit of the occasion.
