Srinagar, August 13: The Income Tax Office, Srinagar, in collaboration with Paras Hospital, organised a free health camp for its employees, staff and their family members on the eve of Independence Day.
The initiative, as per PIB statement, was aimed at promoting preventive healthcare, early detection of health concerns and awareness about maintaining a healthy lifestyle among the employees and their families.
The initiative was spearheaded by Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Srinagar, Monika Dhami.
The initiative seeks to promote the health and well-being of the employee community and underline the importance of preventive healthcare as part of a healthy and productive workforce.
The organisation of the health camp on the eve of Independence Day also reinforced the importance of health and well-being in the broader vision of a developed and self-reliant India.
