During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner, as per an official statement, reviewed the issues affecting the execution of the projects and stressed the need for close coordination among all concerned departments and executing agencies to ensure timely resolution of bottlenecks and smooth progress of the works.

The DC directed the concerned departments to identify and promptly resolve issues relating to land acquisition, utility shifting, road infrastructure and other departmental clearances that may impede the execution of the projects. She emphasised that all pending matters must be taken up on priority through coordinated efforts and regular follow up.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the importance of ensuring timely shifting of utilities falling within the project alignment and directed the concerned Power Development Department, Jal Shakti, telecommunications and other utility agencies to extend the requisite cooperation to facilitate uninterrupted execution of the works.
