Stresses leadership role in improving learning outcomes
BANDIPORA, DECEMBER 16: Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, Tuesday held an interactive session with teachers from all five educational zones of the district at the Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat Bandipora.
The interaction was attended by the Chief Education Officer Bandipora, Altaf Hussain Tara; Deputy Chief Education Officer Bandipora, Dr G.M. Puju; Zonal Education Officers of all zones and teachers representing various schools of the district.
Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Commissioner, as per an official statement, underscored the pivotal role of the teaching fraternity in shaping the future of the district. She called upon teachers to work with renewed dedication, discipline and commitment to bring visible improvement in the overall education scenario of Bandipora. Emphasizing quality education, she stressed the need to focus on better learning outcomes and concerted efforts to raise the district’s literacy rate.
During the interaction, the Deputy Commissioner sought suggestions and views from teachers on strengthening academic standards and improving educational infrastructure across the district. She assured full administrative support for initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of education.
Teachers, on the occasion, shared valuable feedback and put forth several constructive suggestions for improving teaching-learning processes and academic performance in schools.
