KULGAM, DECEMBER 23: Continuing its citizen-centric governance initiative under the ongoing “Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore” campaign, the district administration Kulgam organised public outreach and grievance redressal programmes at multiple locations across the district.
A large number of residents actively participated and projected their grievances and demands. Officers from the concerned departments patiently listened to the issues raised by the public and assured time-bound and effective redressal.
Special emphasis was laid on awareness generation regarding various welfare and beneficiary-oriented schemes and on-the-spot service delivery.
The outreach camps provided an effective platform for resolving long-pending issues while further strengthening trust and coordination between citizens and the administration.
Meanwhile, training sessions were also organised for farmers, and awareness programmes were conducted wherein resource persons briefed participants about departmental schemes and initiatives.
