Says 11th, 12th grade results to follow subsequently

Srinagar, Jan 01: Education Minister Sakina Itoo Thursday said that the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) will announce the result of annual regular-2025 class 10th examination in the second week of January.

Sakina Itoo said, “Most likely, the results of annual regular exams of 10th standard will be declared in the second week of January.”

Itoo further said, “The results of 11th and 12th standard will be declared soon after the class 10th. As of now we have decided to declare the results of 10th class first followed by other classes.”

Pertinently, over 94,000 students had appeared in the annual regular exams of 10th standard that commenced on November-03 in the Kashmir division.

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) had set-up 994 examination centers across the Kashmir region.

BOSE had said that 68,804 students enrolled for the annual regular exams of 10th are from ten districts of Kashmir division and 25,224 students are from eight districts of winter zone areas of Jammu division.

Besides, the board had also informed that at least 660 from Kargil and 95 from Leh district were also enrolled for the examinations.

Earlier, BOSE Secretary had said that nearly 95,000 students were enrolled to appear for 10th class exams and the board has made 994 exam centers for them—(KNO)
