DIET Doda facilities smooth conduct of exams

DODA, OCTOBER 18: The Summative Assessment/Annual Examination for Classes 1st to 9th (Session 2025) is being conducted smoothly and fairly across all established examination centres in District Doda, as per the date-sheet issued by the Directorate of School Education Jammu.

The examinations are being held under the overall supervision of Principal DIET Doda, Rajesh Kumar and under the guidance of Chief Education Officer Doda, Iqbal Hussain with the coordinated efforts of Cluster Heads and the active cooperation of school staff across the district. The entire process has been marked by discipline, transparency and strict adherence to academic standards.

To ensure fair and uniform conduct, District-Level Monitoring Teams and Cluster-Level Teams have been actively inspecting various examination centres. These visits aim to maintain the sanctity of the examination process and verify that the question papers framed by the school authorities are in accordance with the guidelines issued by SCERT, Divisional Office Jammu.

The examination process has been widely appreciated for its smooth management, punctuality and adherence to standards of academic integrity. The joint efforts of DIET Doda, Cluster Heads and school management teams have ensured the seamless and transparent execution of the examinations.

In addition, all Cluster Heads have been instructed to evaluate the answer sheets on the same day to facilitate the timely declaration of results, enabling the commencement of new classwork from November 1st.

Principal DIET Doda, Rajesh Kumar expressed satisfaction over the smooth conduct of the examinations and appreciated the Cluster Heads, teachers and monitoring teams for their collective commitment to ensuring fairness, discipline and efficiency in the evaluation process.
