Kupwara, Nov 14: The District Kupwara Athletics Association, under the aegis of the Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Athletic Association and in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, successfully organized the Kupwara district Athletics Meet 2025 on 5th and 6th November 2025.
The two-day event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 200 athletes representing various areas of the district, showcasing their talent, discipline, and sportsmanship.
The Chief Guest for the event was Shameema Begum, Headmaster of Government B.H.S, Nutnussa, whose inspiring presence and motivational words encouraged all participants.
The grand success of the event was made possible through the efforts of the following key members: Manzoor Ali – President, District Kupwara Athletics Association, Mohammad Aamir – General Secretary & Event In-charge and Shahid Rashid – Treasurer, District Kupwara Athletics Association.
