KISHTWAR, NOVEMBER 20: In a significant stride towards fulfilling the vision of Housing for All, District Development Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma Thursday gave away Award Letters to eligible Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U) 2.0 BLC category beneficiaries falling in the jurisdiction of Municipal Council Kishtwar.
The initiative aims to empower urban families lacking adequate housing by extending them financial assistance for construction of their own pucca houses, ensuring dignified and secure living conditions.
The DDC encouraged the awardees to start construction work without delay and assured all necessary support from the district administration. He emphasized that PMAY-U continues to transform the lives of deserving families by helping them achieve the long-awaited dream of home ownership.
