KUPWARA, DECEMBER 23: In continuation of the ongoing Good Governance Week “Sushasan Saptah – Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore” campaign, the District Administration Kupwara Tuesday organized a Mega Workshop aimed at strengthening governance delivery at the grassroots level here at Town Hall Kupwara.
The workshop, as per an official statement, was chaired by the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara, Mufti Fareed-ud-Din. Officers from various line departments, along with a large number of officials and field functionaries, participated in the programme.
The workshop focused on sensitizing officers and field staff about the objectives of Good Governance Week, emphasizing transparency, accountability, responsiveness, and effective implementation of government schemes at the grassroots. Discussions were held on improving service delivery mechanisms, addressing public grievances promptly, and enhancing coordination among departments.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADDC highlighted the importance of taking administration closer to the people and ensuring that the benefits of government initiatives reach the intended beneficiaries in a timely and efficient manner. He urged all departments to work with dedication and synergy to realize the spirit of “Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore”.
