BANDIPORA, DECEMBER 29 : Under the ongoing Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA), a meaningful IEC awareness event was conducted at Dak banglow irrigation colony Sumbal.
The programme, as per an official statement, focused on sensitizing students about the ill effects of drug abuse and encouraging a healthier, drug‑free lifestyle.
The event witnessed the presence of key officials from the Health Department, Education Department, Police Department, Social welfare Department, DYSO Department and MC Sumbal, along with enthusiastic participation from students, parents, citizens and ULB staff.
On the occasion, participants pledged to stand against substance abuse and promote awareness within the community. The event marked a strong collective step towards building a responsible and addiction‑free society.
