Srinagar, Feb 18: The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah have extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious onset of the Holy Month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak.

In their message, the duo conveyed their heartfelt wishes to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the Muslim community across the country and abroad. They emphasized that the holy month of Ramzan is a time of spiritual reflection, compassion, self-discipline, and devotion. It is an occasion that reinforces the values of patience, generosity, humility, and service to humanity.

They expressed hope that this sacred month will usher in peace, prosperity, and harmony in the region and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and mutual respect among all communities. They also prayed for lasting peace, progress, and well-being for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

They urged people to observe the holy month with a spirit of unity, empathy, and collective responsibility, and to remember the underprivileged and those in need during this blessed time. The party’s rank and file have also congratulated the people on the blessed occasion of Ramzan ul Mubarak.
