JAMMU, FEBRUARY 28: Minister for FCS&CA, IT, Transport, Youth Services and Sports and Science and Technology, Satish Sharma, Saturday extended warm congratulations to the Jammu and Kashmir cricket team for achieving the rare and remarkable victory as champions of the prestigious Ranji Trophy.
