{"id":10454,"date":"2026-01-25T17:43:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-25T17:43:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=10454"},"modified":"2026-01-25T17:43:46","modified_gmt":"2026-01-25T17:43:46","slug":"budgam-awarded-for-bye-election-2025-excellence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2026\/01\/25\/budgam-awarded-for-bye-election-2025-excellence\/","title":{"rendered":"Budgam awarded for bye-election 2025 excellence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Budgam, Jan 25:<\/strong> Budgam District has been conferred with the Best District Election Award for its outstanding performance in the conduct of the recent Bye-Elections.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The award was presented by the Hon\u2019ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir at a function convened at the Convention Centre, Jammu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The award recognizes the District administration\u2019s exemplary planning, efficient execution, and strict adherence to the guidelines of the Election Commission of India.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The district was selected for the award in recognition of its transparent, peaceful, voter-friendly election management, ensuring high standards of electoral integrity and seamless coordination among all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr Bilal Mohi ud Din Bhat, District Election Officer (DEO)Budgam dedicated this award to the Team Budgam and all other stakeholders. &#8220;It is an acknowledgement to the collective efforts of all officers, polling personnel and security forces\u00a0 who contributed to the successful conduct of the bye-elections,&#8221; he said.
