{"id":13593,"date":"2026-03-02T16:44:20","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T16:44:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=13593"},"modified":"2026-03-02T16:44:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T16:44:20","slug":"pradhan-mantri-awas-yojana-urban-2-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2026\/03\/02\/pradhan-mantri-awas-yojana-urban-2-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana &#8211; Urban 2.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>DC reviews progress across 3 Municipal towns in Udhampur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UDHAMPUR, MARCH 02: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Minga Sherpa Monday chaired a meeting of officers from the Urban Local Bodies to review the progress of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana\u2013Urban\u00a0 scheme in the district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meeting,\u00a0as per an official statement,\u00a0was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Jugal Kishore; Chief Planning Officer Uttam Singh; Assistant Commissioner Revenue Dr. Umesh Shan and other concerned officers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DC conducted a detailed review of the scheme\u2019s implementation across one Municipal Council and two Municipal Committees in the district. The review covered the status of PMAY-U 2.0, District Capex Budget works for 2025\u201326, progress of mega projects undertaken by the Municipal Council, construction of multi-storey parking facilities, installation and maintenance of street lights, garbage collection and disposal mechanisms, night illumination in all three towns, identification of garbage dumping points, non-commenced works under PMAY-U and construction of the Town Hall building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DC directed the Tehsildars to clear all pending revenue papers of PMAY-U beneficiaries within a week.
