Srinagar, Mar 04: An infiltration attempt by terrorists was foiled along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Bhimber Gali area during the early hours of Tuesday, March 4, 2026, following credible intelligence inputs and sustained surveillance, the Army said.<\/p>\n
In a statement issued to news agency\u2014Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a spokesperson said that alert troops of the Army\u2019s White Knight Corps detected suspicious movement in the area and responded swiftly, engaging the infiltrators and successfully preventing any breach of the LoC.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe coordinated ground action ensured that the enemy\u2019s attempt to cross over was thwarted. Own troops have since been reoriented to maintain firm control and domination of the area. Integrated ground and aerial surveillance has been intensified, and a heightened state of alert continues across the sector to counter any further attempts,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n
