By reaching hundreds of families, KBCA has reinforced its role as a socially responsible organization dedicated to community support, especially during significant religious occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the media, KBCA President Shahid Hussain Mir, as per the statement said by other office bearers, stated that the Association has always played an active role in social service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe highlighted that the organization\u2019s constitution encourages and permits members to extend support to the needy during challenging times, natural disasters, or major occasions like Eid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Providing details, Mir said that this year\u2019s initiative saw an approximate 15 percent increase in distribution compared to last year. \u201cA total of 560-plus bakery kits have been distributed in three phases, including 255 kits in the first phase, 155 in the second and 150 in the third phase,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He further noted that while the Association generally avoids publicizing such charitable activities, the decision to highlight this initiative was taken to inspire other sectors of society to come forward and contribute towards helping the underprivileged.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKashmiris have always been at the forefront of charitable and welfare activities\u2014be it in healthcare, education, or during times of crisis,\u201d Mir said, urging people to actively participate in such initiatives to help build a stronger and more compassionate society.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn the occasion, he also advised bakery owners to maintain good behavior with customers, ensure the supply of quality products and strictly adhere to the guidelines set by authorities. He appealed to consumers to report any grievances against Association members through the contact numbers provided below the official rate lists.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmong others present at the event were senior advisors Umar Mukhtar and Atta Mohammad, General Secretary Bilal Ahmad Khan, Senior Vice President Javaid Ahmad Khan, Vice President Humayun Yousuf Jan, Additional General Secretary Ashiq Hussain Bhat, Treasurer Syed Ayoub Sofi and Organizer Ejaz Ahmad Sofi etc. The Association reaffirmed its commitment to continuing such welfare initiatives in the future to extend maximum possible support to the needy sections of society,\u201d said the spokesperson further.
