He emphasized that the life and legacy of such iconic figures serve as a guiding light for the future generations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGeneral Zorawar Singh\u2019s valour, strategic brilliance and indomitable spirit remain a source of inspiration for all. It is our collective responsibility to preserve and promote the legacy of such\u00a0 heroes so that the youth remain connected to their glorious past,\u201d the Minister said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Highlighting the role of educational and cultural institutions, Satish Sharma appreciated the efforts of the Trust in commemorating the General\u2019s contributions and fostering awareness among the younger generation about the region\u2019s rich history and heritage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students and staff of various schools, who paid floral tributes and showcased deep respect for the historic icon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chairman of the Trust, Devinder Singh Kaluria, along with Avtar Singh Jamwal and other members, reiterated their commitment towards promoting the values of courage, patriotism and sacrifice through continued educational and social initiatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Later, the Minister visited the Sports Stadium in Reasi, where he interacted with the young football players and encouraged them to pursue sports with dedication and discipline. He reiterated the government\u2019s commitment to strengthen the sports infrastructure and provide greater opportunities for the youth to excel at national and international level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Minister also inspected the Mother &amp; Child Hospital in Reasi, where he reviewed the healthcare facilities and functioning of the institution.
