I also don&#8217;t know who is forming it. If there is one, I will also submit an application,&#8221; he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The remarks came amid speculation over possible political realignments in Jammu and Kashmir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On the reservation issue, he said the government response is awaited and he has been informed that the file had been sent to the Lieutenant Governor&#8217;s office.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>He said the government should clarify when the file would be brought back and what concrete steps would be taken. &#8220;The government should not stop at merely acknowledging the matter.
