{"id":18685,"date":"2026-05-03T01:00:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-03T01:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=18685"},"modified":"2026-05-03T01:00:57","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T01:00:57","slug":"terrorist-associate-arrested-in-pulwama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2026\/05\/03\/terrorist-associate-arrested-in-pulwama\/","title":{"rendered":"Terrorist associate arrested in Pulwama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>\u00a0Arms, explosives seized<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pulwama, May 02:\u00a0<\/strong>Security forces in south Kashmir\u2019s Pulwama district on Saturday arrested a terrorist associate and recovered arms and explosives during a joint operation in Rajpora.<\/p>\n<p>An official that the operation was conducted by Pulwama Police in coordination with the Army\u2019s 44 Rashtriya Rifles and the CRPF\u2019s 183 Battalion, based on specific intelligence inputs.<\/p>\n<p>The joint team launched a search operation at Qasbayar area along the CB Nath Road in Rajpora.<\/p>\n<p>During the operation, one terrorist associate, identified as Mohammad Umar Malik of Kachipora, was apprehended.<\/p>\n<p>Security forces recovered arms, explosives and other incriminating material from his possession, including a pistol, magazine, live ammunition and two hand grenades.<\/p>\n<p>A case under FIR No. 75\/2026 has been registered at Police Station Rajpora under relevant provisions of the Arms Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
