{"id":1977,"date":"2025-10-23T21:24:15","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T21:24:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=1977"},"modified":"2025-10-23T21:24:15","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T21:24:15","slug":"budgam-bye-elections-first-randomisation-of-polling-staff-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2025\/10\/23\/budgam-bye-elections-first-randomisation-of-polling-staff-held\/","title":{"rendered":"Budgam Bye-Elections: First randomisation of polling staff held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>KT News Desk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>BUDGAM, OCTOBER 23:\u00a0<\/strong>The first randomisation of polling staff designated for deployment across 173 polling stations for the Bye-Elections to 27-Assembly Constituency Budgam was Thursday held at Budgam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The randomisation was carried out by the District Election Officer (DEO) Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the Election Commission of India (ECI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Through this process, software-generated deployment of 1020 employees, including a 50% reserve, was completed to ensure transparency, fairness, and impartiality in the deployment of polling staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returning Officer (RO) 27-AC Budgam, Deputy District Election Officer (Dy. DEO), Nodal Officer ETBPS, and other officers were present during the randomisation process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking on the occasion, the DEO Budgam emphasised that the District Administration is fully committed to conducting free, fair, inclusive, and peaceful elections in the constituency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He further directed all concerned officers to ensure that every arrangement from training of polling staff to logistics and communication facilities is completed well in advance as per the ECI mandate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DEO also reiterated that transparency and accountability shall remain the guiding principles throughout all stages of the electoral process for bye-Election to 27-AC Budgam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KT News Desk BUDGAM, OCTOBER 23:\u00a0The first randomisation of polling staff designated for deployment across 173 polling stations for the Bye-Elections to 27-Assembly Constituency Budgam was Thursday held at Budgam.
