He emphasized that employee welfare remains a top priority and called for coordinated efforts by all the line departments to ensure seamless provision of services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shaleen Kabra directed the Estates Department and concerned agencies to address minor deficiencies on priority. He instructed the PHE and PDD to ensure uninterrupted water and power supply, with dedicated helplines for quick grievance redressal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ACS asked\u00a0 the department\u00a0 for running of\u00a0 dispensary within the colony 24\u00b07 and directed the R&amp;B Department to complete the remaining landscaping and internal road works within 15 days. Stressing inter-departmental synergy, he called for a nodal officer to be designated for real-time coordination between Estates, JKTDC, JKRTC, and District Administration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shaleen Kabra was accompanied by Director Estates Kashmir Mohd Ashraf Hakak, Deputy Director Kashmir, Assistant Director, and senior engineers from PHE, PDD, R&amp;B, and UEED. The team made a comprehensive round of the colony, inspecting the flat interiors, common areas, parking, drainage and the mess facility. He appreciated the efforts of field staff in making the colony functional ahead of the Darbar Move.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The flats at Sempora had remained under construction for more than a decade due to funding and logistical constraints. They were completed after substantial funds were provided in recent years. The colony has now proved highly useful in accommodating the officers and officials during the Darbar Move period, reducing pressure on private arrangements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The mess facility is being managed by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation to provide quality meals to the residents. Besides, the Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation has deployed a dedicated fleet of vehicles for daily movement of the employees.
