This will strengthen Ladakh\u2019s force, and they are well prepared to serve in various administrative roles,\u201d the LG said.<\/p>\n<p>He commended the significant participation of women in the batch, calling it a reflection of changing times where women are taking the lead in every sector. \u201cThe personnel trained here in this terrain are equipped to serve anywhere in the world,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The recruits underwent 10 months and 11 days of rigorous training, focusing on law enforcement, public interaction and national service.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said the training has fully equipped them to work hand-in-hand with the administration and contribute effectively to maintaining peace and order across the Union Territory.<\/p>\n<p>The passing out parade marks a milestone for Ladakh Police, symbolizing strength, unity, and the growing commitment of local youth\u2014especially women\u2014to public service and nation-building<strong>\u2014(KNO)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leh, Oct 25:\u00a0A new chapter in the history of Ladakh Police was written on Saturday as 453 men and women recruits successfully completed their training and participated in the grand passing out parade held at the world\u2019s highest police training centre in Ladakh.
