{"id":24332,"date":"2026-07-04T20:06:21","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T20:06:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=24332"},"modified":"2026-07-04T20:06:21","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T20:06:21","slug":"samagra-shiksha-book-controversy-sakina-itoo-terms-separatist-leader-names-in-textbooks-a-deliberate-attempt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2026\/07\/04\/samagra-shiksha-book-controversy-sakina-itoo-terms-separatist-leader-names-in-textbooks-a-deliberate-attempt\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0Samagra Shiksha book controversy : Sakina Itoo terms separatist leader names in textbooks a &#8216;deliberate attempt&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Srinagar, Jul 04:\u00a0<\/strong>Education Minister Sakina Itoo on Saturday termed the inclusion of separatist leaders names in school textbooks a \u2018deliberate attempt,\u2019 warning that those found responsible will face strict action, including termination from duty.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the reporters, Minister Itoo said, \u201cAs soon as the issue of the two textbooks carrying the \u2018inappropriate content\u2019 came to my notice, I immediately asked the secretary of the School Education Department to terminate those persons.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said that suspension orders against eight staff members of the department have been issued and investigation has also been initiated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStrict action will be taken against those who will be found involved in the inquiry report. These things won\u2019t be tolerated,\u201d Itoo said.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister said, \u201cI also believe that this is a deliberate attempt of including the names of separatist leaders in these books and whosoever will be involved in it will face a strict action and termination from the duties and that is the reason suspension orders have been issued as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe publishers will be banned permanently and if they were found involved in hatching any sort of conspiracy, they will not be allowed to publish any book ever,\u201d she said<strong>\u2014(KNO)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Srinagar, Jul 04:\u00a0Education Minister Sakina Itoo on Saturday termed the inclusion of separatist leaders names in school textbooks a \u2018deliberate attempt,\u2019 warning that those found responsible will face strict action, including termination from duty.
