He called for Responsible AI, stressing the importance of ethics, core values, and human oversight to ensure technology benefits society collectively.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing India\u2019s broader trajectory, Sinha spoke of a \u201cnew India\u201d\u2014a nation stronger domestically, confident internationally, and poised to shape the future of humanity. He lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s leadership in building India\u2019s global stature, asserting, \u201cThis is India\u2019s moment. This is India\u2019s century. The rise of a civilizational power that is confident, compassionate, and innovative.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He highlighted Jammu and Kashmir\u2019s recent progress, describing the region\u2019s journey as a \u201crenaissance\u201d fueled by the abrogation of Article 370. \u201cOver the last six years, J&amp;K has transitioned from shadows of fear to the light of opportunity, from isolation to integration, and from despair to destiny,\u201d Sinha stated. He called this period a historic phase of development, investment, and new avenues of growth in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Recalling Swami Vivekananda\u2019s iconic 1893 address in Chicago, the LG acknowledged the significant contribution of IIT (BHU) alumni and the Indian diaspora in global upliftment. He urged alumni to actively participate in India\u2019s civilizational and economic resurgence.<\/p>\n<p>Sinha outlined a four-point roadmap for alumni engagement: investing in India\u2019s next-generation institutions through mentorship and capital, fostering strategic partnerships between Indian and American educational bodies, sharing an accurate narrative of India\u2019s transformation, and reconnecting with their roots by bringing back their wealth of knowledge and experience to India.<\/p>\n<p>In his remarks, the LG paid tribute to Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, highlighting his visionary contributions to engineering education and India\u2019s industrialization.
