{"id":32874,"date":"2026-10-17T17:53:30","date_gmt":"2026-10-17T17:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=32874"},"modified":"2026-10-17T17:53:30","modified_gmt":"2026-10-17T17:53:30","slug":"dlsa-srinagar-settles-46-cases-at-special-lok-adalat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2026\/10\/17\/dlsa-srinagar-settles-46-cases-at-special-lok-adalat\/","title":{"rendered":"DLSA Srinagar settles 46 Cases at Special Lok Adalat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Awards Rs 1.07 Crore in compensation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 17: In compliance to the directions of JK Legal Services Authority, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar, organized a\u00a0 Special Lok Adalat for NI Act Cases (U\/S 138)\u00a0 and MACT\u00a0 Cases which was held under the guidance of Naseer Ahmad Dar, Chairman District Legal Services Authority (Principal District &amp; Sessions Judge) Srinagar, and overall supervision of Secretary DLSA Srinagar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To facilitate the amicable settlement of cases, two benches, as per an official statement, were constituted for the Special Lok Adalat.
