However, isolated areas may witness light rain or snowfall in higher reaches during the evening of November 5 and 6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The department, according to the news agency\u2014Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said dry conditions are expected to resume from November 7 to 9, with no significant weather activity forecast during the period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, Gulmarg recorded the lowest minimum temperature in Kashmir at minus 0.2 degrees Celsius.
