KULGAM, NOVEMBER 04: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kulgam, Altaf Ahmad Khan, Wednesday chaired a review meeting to assess the status of grievances received through JK Samadhan and other online grievance redressal platforms.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, the ADDC, as per an official statement, reviewed all pending grievances, particularly those having long pendency, and took stock of the progress made by various departments at their disposal.<\/p>\n
The ADDC directed all concerned officers to accord top priority to grievance redressal and ensure that every grievance is resolved strictly within the stipulated time frame. He emphasized that no unnecessary delay should be allowed and that the general public must not suffer due to administrative lapses or delays.<\/p>\n
He further stressed the need for prompt action, proper monitoring and effective coordination among departments to ensure transparent, responsive and citizen-centric governance.<\/p>\n
The meeting was attended by Suhail Ahmad, CPO Kulgam; Billal Ahmad, ACD Kulgam, Tehsildars of Qaimoh and Kulgam, besides other officers and officials from various departments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
