K. Verma showcased the vast germplasm of leafy greens, most notably kale (Kashmiri haak) and highlighted the nutritional, health promoting and therapeutic properties of leafy greens like Kashmiri kale, exotic kales, Indian and exotic spinach, indigenous and exotic cabbages, cauliflowers, broccolis, pakchoi, komatsuna and tatsoi.
