The Speaker\/Counsellor of the programme was Sub-Regional Employment Officer Jammu, Gopal Sharan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The objective of the programme was to motivate students and participants to develop a positive mindset, build Self Confidence and understand the importance of hope as the foundation for personal growth and success. The students were also made aware about the career counselling\/Guidance activities, free coaching and training programme offered by NCSC for SC\/ST jobseekers of J&amp;K and Ladakh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The students described the session as meaningful and impactful.
