BARAMULLA DECEMBER, 09: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, Tuesday chaired a review meeting regarding the ongoing projects under Award Money and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Meeting Hall of the DC Office, Baramulla.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, the DC took a comprehensive review of the physical and financial progress of the works being executed during the financial year 2025-26.<\/p>\n
The DC, as per an official statement, directed the concerned officers to complete all the pending works of previous award-related projects in the Agriculture and allied sectors in the current month without fail.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the DC instructed the concerned department heads to submit the Utilization Certificates (UCs) for all completed and ongoing projects immediately.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Minga Sherpa directed SICOP to submit geo-tagged photographs of all 20 construction sites, along with the latest status of execution and progress reports, for proper documentation and verification.<\/p>\n
The chair emphasized strict adherence to timelines, transparency in execution, and accountability at all levels to ensure effective utilization of public funds.<\/p>\n
