{"id":9469,"date":"2026-01-13T17:33:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T17:33:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/?p=9469"},"modified":"2026-01-13T17:33:46","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T17:33:46","slug":"dc-kulgam-reviews-developmental-projects-in-qaimoh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kashmirthunder.in\/index.php\/2026\/01\/13\/dc-kulgam-reviews-developmental-projects-in-qaimoh\/","title":{"rendered":"DC Kulgam reviews developmental projects in Qaimoh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kulgam, Jan 13:<\/strong> Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan on Tuesday conducted an on-site inspection of various developmental projects in the Qaimoh area to review their progress and ensure timely completion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the DC inspected the under-construction steel girder bridge at Sakarsum Kawaki Bazar, Qaimoh, a key infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity in the area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He directed the executing agency to expedite the remaining work and strictly adhere to the stipulated timelines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was\u00a0 informed that the project involves the construction of a 1\u00d733 metre span intermediate lane steel girder bridge at an estimated cost of Rs 6.10 crore, with the current physical progress at 80 percent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The DC also reviewed the progress of the Construction of Library-cum-reading room at Qaimoh, being executed at an allotted cost of Rs 41.72 lakh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was informed that the\u00a0 project commenced in December 2024 and is expected to be completed by February 2026, with the current physical progress at 95 percent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Further, the DC took stock of the Construction of 50-bedded Sub-District Hospital at Qaimoh, Kulgam, being executed at cost of Rs 19.32 crore. The DC was informed\u00a0 that the civil part of the project has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the progress of works on the R&amp;B PWD Complex.
