Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s reflections on the recently concluded Global AI Impact Summit in Delhi, shared during his Mann Ki Baat address, capture a moment of great national pride and global recognition. The summit was a powerful statement to the world that India is no longer just following the artificial intelligence revolution; it is now a confident and innovative leader shaping its future. The scale and depth of the summit were truly historic. By bringing together world leaders, industry pioneers, and innovators at Bharat Mandapam, India created a platform where the future of AI was not only discussed but also shown in action. The Prime Minister took special pride in showcasing two standout creations. One was an AI-powered tool transforming animal treatment and farming, making life better for farmers. The other was a remarkable effort to digitally preserve and share ancient Indian knowledge. These two examples perfectly capture India’s unique way of embracing technology, combining the latest innovations with deep cultural roots and real impact at the grassroots level. The AI solutions displayed at Amul’s booth, helping farmers and veterinarians, showed that in India, technology is not an abstract idea. It is a practical tool for improving everyday lives. This is AI for the common person, not just for the elite. At the same time, a breathtaking demonstration showed how AI can restore, read, and translate ancient manuscripts like the Sushrut Samhita. Global leaders were left amazed. It proved to the world that India’s technological strength is deeply connected to its civilisational heritage, a powerful story of modern innovation serving timeless wisdom. The launch of three indigenous AI models during the summit further strengthened India’s technological independence. Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the government’s vision has been key in creating this supportive environment. From policies that encourage innovation to platforms like this summit that offer global exposure, the administration has ensured that India’s youth are empowered to lead. The Global AI Impact Summit was a tremendous success. It proved that India is emerging as a global AI powerhouse. The world came to Delhi and witnessed India’s amazing abilities. Now, the world will look to India for solutions. That is the true measure of this historic achievement.
