KUPWARA, OCTOBER 16: Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana, Friday visited Kupwara district and chaired a public darbar at Town Hall Kupwara to review developmental activities, assess the implementation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes and address public grievances.
