DSEK reviews academics, infrastructure in Baramulla, Kupwara Schools

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 27: Director School Education Kashmir,  Naseer Ahmad Wani, Thursday undertook an extensive tour of Baramulla and Kupwara districts to review academic activities, interact with students and teachers, and assess infrastructural and examination arrangements in government schools.

During the visit, the Director, as per an official statement, attended classroom teaching in various schools and actively interacted with the students and the concerned teacher during the lecture.

While interacting with teachers and students during the visit, the Director emphasised that students remain the central focus of the department. He stressed the need for greater attention towards foundational education in lower classes.

In continuation of the tour, the Director also inspected ongoing examination centres. During his visit to the Examination Centre at Boys Higher Secondary School, Sopore, he conducted a detailed inspection of the school premises and reviewed basic infrastructure and facilities to ensure smooth conduct of examinations.

The visit reflects the Directorate’s continued commitment to strengthening classroom teaching, improving learning outcomes, and ensuring quality infrastructure in all the schools across Kashmir division.
