The week-long celebration will further include essay and quiz competitions, exhibitions on the freedom struggle and “Vande Mataram,” police band performances, mural and wall paintings, cleanliness drives, youth rallies, mini-marathons, and documentary screenings to be organized by various departments.

The ADC said that the celebration of 150 years of “Vande Mataram ” would serve as a tribute to India’s rich cultural heritage and the spirit of patriotism that binds the nation together. He stressed that departments must work in close coordination to guarantee widespread public involvement, particularly from students, youth, and community groups.
