Srinagar, Feb 02: In a resounding affirmation of academic rigor and institutional excellence, the Government Girls Higher Secondary School Zadibal has recorded a commendable 94 percent pass percentage in the Class 11th board examinations.

This achievement of GHSS Zadibal reflects the profound commitment of students, faculty and the broader school community to fostering holistic educational outcomes.

A total of 396 students appeared for the examination across the Humanities, Science and Commerce streams, with 373 students successfully qualifying the exams.

This robust performance underscores the efficacy of the school’s comprehensive preparation strategies, including targeted remedial classes, peer mentoring and technology-integrated learning modules tailored to diverse learner needs.

In the Commerce stream, Saboora Shabir emerged as the topper with an outstanding score of 495 marks. Rutba Rashid secured the second position with 492 marks, followed by Madiha Nazir, who stood third with 491 marks.

The Science stream witnessed an exceptional performance, with five students jointly securing the top position. Noorain Fatima, Mahroush, Sahreen Fatima, Sameena Inayat, and Urzeeba each scored 493 marks, reflecting the high academic standards maintained in the stream.

In the Humanities stream, Muskan Omer secured the top position by scoring 493 marks. She was closely followed by Mubeena Ibrahim, who stood second with 492 marks, while Suzain Ayoub clinched the third position with 491 marks.

These meritorious students exemplify the transformative potential of disciplined effort within a supportive educational ecosystem.

Principal GHSS Zadibal, Mr. Mohammad Shafi Lone, articulated the significance of this milestone and said: “This 94% pass rate is more than a statistic. It is a testament to the resilience of our students and the visionary guidance of our educators. We celebrate not just individual triumphs but the collective journey toward empowering tomorrow’s leaders. Heartfelt congratulations to all achievers,” he said.

Looking ahead, GHSS Zadibal is organizing formal felicitation events, workshops on advanced study skills and career counseling sessions to channel this momentum into sustained excellence for the forthcoming Class 12th examinations—(KNO)
