The programme, as per an official statement, commenced with an introductory session by  Afroza Ahad, District Mission Coordinator, Mission Shakti Budgam, who elaborated on the objectives and components of Mission Shakti. She highlighted its two major components—Sambal and Samarthya—which focus on the safety, security, empowerment and rehabilitation of women. He also shared practical techniques for managing stress and promoting overall psychological well-being.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, who actively interacted with the resource persons and sought guidance on various aspects of mental health and emotional resilience.

The programme concluded with a renewed commitment towards promoting mental health awareness, emotional well-being and access to support services among students and the wider community.
