35-year-old electrocuted to death in Sgr

Srinagar, Jul 09: A 35-year-old man was electrocuted to death in the HMT area on the outskirts of Srinagar on Thursday, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man suffered an electric shock and was rushed to a hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The deceased was later identified as Parvaiz Ahmed Parray (35), son of Habibullah Parray and a resident of Allahipora Wagoora in Baramulla district.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further proceedings. (KNO)
