 Srinagar, July 24:  Zubair Ganie, senior BJP leader and former District President Kulgam called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday and discussed various issues of public importance.

 

Furthermore, a delegation led by Shafqat Abdullah, BJP Youth President Baramulla also called on Lieutenant Governor and projected various issues related to development of sports infrastructure, welfare of minority communities, youth empowerment and other development issues of Baramulla.

 

Meanwhile, a delegation of J&K Bharat Scouts & Guides, led by its Senior Vice President, Prof. Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Nikka, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.

 

The members of the delegation projected various important matters pertaining to strengthening of Bharat Scouts & Guides movement in the Union Territory, including establishment of a dedicated Training Centre, enhancement of Grant-in-Aid, inclusion of Bharat Scouts & Guides under sports category, and creation of Scouts & Guides Fund on the pattern of Red Cross Fund.
