ANANTNAG, OCTOBER 28: As part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026, officers and officials across Anantnag Wednesday participated in Integrity Pledge-taking ceremonies, reaffirming their commitment to upholding honesty, transparency, accountability and ethical values in public service.
The pledge, as per an official statement, was administered under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat.
During the ceremonies, employees vowed to combat corruption, maintain integrity in the discharge of their official duties and work towards ensuring transparent and accountable governance.
The initiative aimed to reinforce the importance of ethical conduct, dedication and responsibility among government employees while promoting a corruption-free administrative system.
The participants reiterated their resolve to discharge their duties with honesty, impartiality and a commitment to public welfare, thereby strengthening public trust in government institutions.
